This picture is a poor family during the Great Depression. During these times, people didn't have the advantages we have now. Sometimes they didn't even have enough money to pay for new clothes or even to feed their families that day. Also, they didn't even have decent homes to be living in. They were mostly dilapidated, old, and barely even a home. They were very tiny and didn't even have enough room at the table to fit the whole family. I have much simpathy for these people and this is why I picked this picture. We should really take into consideration the great lives we do have because some people don't or didn't have it half as bad as us.
